Refund Policy

Trinova Institute of Management Studies

At Trinova Institute of Management Studies, we believe candidates should clearly understand our refund terms before enrolling. This policy explains when a refund may apply to programmes carrying a Job Guarantee.

1 Job Guarantee & Refund

Where a Trinova programme specifically carries a 100% Job Guarantee, an eligible candidate who does not secure a suitable job opportunity through the applicable placement process may be entitled to a full refund of the course or programme fee paid to Trinova, subject to the applicable programme agreement and Job Guarantee terms.

2 No Refund After Joining the Course

Once a candidate has joined the course or programme, there is no option to request a refund for discontinuing, changing their mind, or for any personal reason. A refund is applicable only where the candidate remains eligible under the applicable Job Guarantee terms and does not secure a suitable job opportunity through the Institute's placement process.

3 Our Placement Commitment

  • Trinova provides placement assistance and suitable interview opportunities according to the programme enrolled.
  • Final selection, salary, designation, location, shift, joining date, medical fitness and background verification are decided by the employer.
  • Job opportunities depend on employer requirements, vacancies and selection decisions; therefore, Trinova does not promise a specific employer, salary, location, shift or joining date.

4 When a Refund Will Not Apply

No refund will be provided where the candidate's own actions, circumstances, non-compliance or ineligibility affect the placement process, including:

  • Voluntary withdrawal, discontinuation or refusal to continue the course.
  • Failure to attend required classes, training, interviews or recruitment activities.
  • Failure to maintain required attendance or complete assessments and programme requirements.
  • Failure to respond to placement communication or remain available for recruitment opportunities.
  • Refusal of suitable job opportunities without a valid reason.
  • Submission of false, forged or misleading information or documents.
  • Misconduct, disciplinary issues or violation of Institute rules.
  • Failure to meet employer qualification, grooming, communication, medical, security, background-verification or other eligibility requirements.
  • Any personal, legal, medical, documentation, employment or other issue attributable to the candidate that prevents or affects placement eligibility.

5 Candidate Responsibilities

  • Attend required training, interviews and recruitment drives.
  • Maintain the required attendance and complete applicable assessments and programme requirements.
  • Keep registered contact details active and respond promptly to placement communication.
  • Submit genuine and valid educational, identity, experience and other recruitment documents.
  • Provide truthful information and disclose relevant previous employment, rejection, airport-access or other information when required.
  • Cooperate with employer requirements and reasonably consider suitable placement opportunities.

6 After Employer Selection

Once an employer selection is formally communicated, voluntary refusal, withdrawal or non-joining by the candidate will be treated as the candidate's decision and will not qualify for a refund.

7 General Fee Rule

Unless a programme's written Job Guarantee terms specifically provide otherwise, fees paid to Trinova are non-refundable and non-transferable after admission. Refund eligibility is limited to the applicable Job Guarantee terms.

8 Refund Process

Where a candidate qualifies for a refund, Trinova will verify eligibility against the applicable programme agreement and Job Guarantee conditions. Once approved, the eligible refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.

9 Important

Refund eligibility is programme-specific. Candidates should read the applicable Training & Placement Agreement or Job Guarantee Agreement before enrolment. If there is any difference, the signed programme-specific agreement and applicable law will govern.
